REFLEXOLOGY
Experience foot &/or hand REFLEXOLOGY to enhance circulation and promote relaxation.
This session targets reflex points on the feet & hands that correspond to the body, relieving tension and restoring balance.
Please wear loose-fitting clothing, as the focus is on your feet & hands, with additional MASSAGE on the calves, knees, and forearms.
A 90-minute session includes extra time for deep relaxation and a BONUS Crystal Face Massage.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Experience a full body HOT STONE MASSAGE using warm basalt stones that help melt tension away.
This session focuses on the whole body (including hands & feet) to relieve muscle tension & stiffness and improve circulation for a deeper sense of relaxation.
A 90 Minute Session provides extra time for calming the mind & deeper relaxation, along with a BONUS Crystal Face Massage.
Note this session is not performed by a RMT.
